Following a frustrating draw to Sassuolo last time out, Juventus will once again look to get back to winning ways when they take on Genoa at home next Monday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Juve were left seething following their 1-1 draw with Sassuolo before the international break, as they missed the chance to record three wins on the bounce.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The iconic Italian club has recorded 54 points from 30 matches, placing them in fifth position. They are currently three points away from fourth as they target a UEFA Champions League spot for next season.<\/p>\n

Overall, Juve recorded two wins, two draws and one defeat in their last five matches, while Genoa noted three wins and two losses in the same number of games.<\/p>\n

Genoa will head into their next league assignment following a 2-0 defeat against Udinese, sitting on 33 points from 30 matches played so far.<\/p>\n

Much like Juve, Genoa went on a two-match winning streak prior to Matchday 30 and occupies 13th\u00a0place heading into Monday\u2019s tie.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Juve\u2019s draw with Sassuolo, Luciano Spalletti believes his side lacked \u2018understanding\u2019 as they failed to capitalize on a strong run of results.<\/p>\n

“We showed a lack of maturity and precision in our choices, and we did not have enough understanding of what we needed to do,\u201d Spalletti said.<\/p>\n

“This draw stopped a series of two consecutive victories, which is disappointing for us.”<\/p>\n
