Kick-off is at 19:00

After making important ground in their bid to stay in the Premier League next season, West Ham could make it two wins on the spin when they face Crystal Palace away next Monday.

The Hammers move away from the bottom three last Friday, owing to an impressive 4-0 win against Wolves at the London Stadium.

West Ham thus moved onto 32 points from 32 matches in 17th position, two points above 18th placed Tottenham as the scrap for survival took yet another turn.

Overall, the London club recorded two wins, two defeats and one draw in their last five, while their upcoming opponents are on a run of three wins, one draw and one loss in their previous handful of Premier League ties.

Palace will head into next Monday’s game following a 2-1 home win against Newcastle; they currently have 42 points from 31 games, placing them in 13th position.

West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen lauded his side’s spike in confidence during their 4-0 win over Wolves, in what was a result that eased their relegation battles somewhat.

“We couldn’t wait to get out there, and although it was a bit of a nervy affair to begin with, we got our confidence once we settled into the game, we got the goal, and then after that we obviously managed to get three more,” Bowen said.

“I think that first goal always helps with confidence, and with the mood.

“We knew it was going to be cagey, because Wolves have been doing well, so we had to stay calm and stick to the plan. I think we did that, and we reaped the rewards which is great.”
